Opening This Coming Sunday!!!

Most of phase 1 will open on Sunday, September 8th!!!  This means that beginning at sun up this coming Sunday, everyone is welcome to come hike, run, and ride (and flow).  Just please respect the caution tape on the trails still under construction.  More details on parking, signage, etc. to come.

The trails will be closed the day of Saturday, September 14th for a dove hunt.  And, we can’t open this coming Saturday because there is a dove hunt on the 7th.  After the 14th, there will be no more hunting closures in 2019.

I’m not going to try to list everyone that has helped get us to here, but many, many thanks to all of you.  I do want to specifically thank the Trail Solutions crew, who got here in early June and worked through the heat, chiggers, and yellow jackets to make the trails happen.   They normally work up north during the summer and don’t get paid anything extra to suffer through a summer of building down here.  If you see them, please let them know how much we appreciate what they’ve done for us.  I am deeply grateful to them.

There will be a lot more information to come. Please be understanding if I share information you already know.  I want to make this the best possible experience for everyone, and that means over-educating. Above all else, please keep an open mind, be considerate, and use common sense when you’re on trails.
